CNC – Profile Cutting

All metal-cutting manufacturing is done on ultra-modern CNC machining centers. We put precision saws, automatic saws, profile and end milling machines and other special equipment at your disposal. CNC – Profile Cutting and CNC – Profile Punching Technology

Our “Edel Profilmatic” punch is a flexible, high-performance punching center with linear advance for accurate machining of profiles. The fully automated positioning system processes pipes and rods with a cutting pressure of 500 kN. By using excenter and hydraulic presses as well as a multi-head punching machine we are able to deliver products ranging from small batches to large volumes at low prices. The precision machining of aluminium and metal products requires a high degree of expertise and well-equipped production facilities.

This applies to the aluminium profile technology used to manufacture surface-mount and module profiles as well as to stamping parts, roof hooks and individual module clamp solutions. It also requires experience using ultra-modern computerized equipment, which is as essential to a smooth manufacturing process as is comprehensive knowledge of the materials used.

CNC Sheet Metal Forming

Precise, fully automated punching and forming on our CNC sheet metal working centres, combined with a modern power brake and a folding machine, ensure high-quality sheet metal forming. Edging and deburring machines round out our production capabilities.

Our specialists manufacture small, medium and large batches for industrial use and for the building industry. Our production offerings include high-quality bent, punched, stamped, and deep-drawn components as well as sheet metal and composite sheet panels, cladding and coffers used in construction.
