Acquisition of MVL Oberflächentechnik by ALUMERO Group 09.07.2015

We are pleased to inform you that the ALUMERO Group, headquartered in Seeham near Salzburg, took over the total business activities of the MVL Oberflächentechnik GmbH, based in Marktredwitz, to 100% with the date of July 1st, 2015 and operates as of now under the new name ALUMERO Surface Technology GmbH.

As a result of this acquisition, the ALUMERO deepened their range of production and can fulfill the new and modern market requirements. ALUMERO Surface Technology focuses in the operation of the galvanic coating plants, of equipment for powder coating services for third parties and as in-house electroplating for ALUMERO Group. The integration process in the Alumero Group is in full progress and initial investments and optimizations have already been realized or being implemented.
